In the rare event of transit damage, a replacement is provided. An open box video is mandatory showing the sealed package, unboxing process, and visible damage.
Yes. An open box video is compulsory and acts as valid evidence for damage during delivery.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the open box video and clear images.
No. Replacements are applicable only for transit-related damages. Damage due to installation errors or normal wear and tear is not covered.
If the damage is verified as transit-related with valid evidence, replacement will be processed as per company policy.
